Can I tip for a job well done?
Yes. Tipping is not required but greatly appreciated ALWAYS! You can leave a tip using the option below:
When will I receive my order?
Completed orders are typically delivered within a few hours of receiving your materials, but we guarantee your order will be completed within 24 hours.
What about my copyrights?
Though our services are extensively specialized, this is a work-for-hire service and treated as such. You retain all legal rights and copyrights to your work. MNO Mastering will never claim or seek to obtain royalties for your masters. They are owned entirely by you.
Can you recommend a good manufacturer for vinyl pressing?
Yes. We are happy to refer you to our recommended vinyl/CD manufacturing and pressing plants in the US and internationally.
Can I also have my instrumental version mastered?
Yes. Our engineers will master your alternative versions (instrumental, acapella, TV, show/performance, etc.) free of charge

Who should I credit when releasing my project?

My label, publisher or distributor has given me a strict deadline. What if I need my masters delivered to me sooner?
We never miss a deadline. Especially the tight windows sometimes set by the industry. If you need an extremely tight turnaround on delivery, get in touch and we'll make sure you recieve everything you need in time.
Can I request a specific loudness level?
Yes. We'll master to your preferred or specified loudness level. When placing your order, please include any special notes or requests in the dedicated text box, or reach out to us via the contact form on this site.
When will I receive my CD masters?
CD masters are shipped the following business day by express media mail or priority overnight if specified.

Will I be charged extra fees for long tracks?
No. You will never be charged additional fees for extended productions. We do not impose length limits on songs, EPs, albums, TV episodes, feature films, or any other order types.
Can I order mixing or a special production service not listed?
Yes. We are a fully operational recording, producing, mixing and mastering studio & suites. Please submit your inquiry through our contact form, and we will be happy to consider your request.
